Spain
Geometrically it would be impossible for Spain to be located in Cranston, Rhode Island. But in the culinary universe, anything is possible. And if you can't make it to Europe, take the trip to this restaurant.
Atmosphere(9)
Phantom was prepared to see Gauchos and Sombreros, but we was pleasantly surprised to find a light, airy, and elegant atmosphere. High ceilings, vibrant plants, and a soothing fountain.
Menu(9)
Authentic Spanish menu that's very well apportioned. Just enough choices of fish, chicken, beef, pasta, and vegetarian.
Portions(8)
Surprisingly large portions for a restaurant that relies heavily on vertical presentation.
Appetizers(8)
Heavy on the seafood. Pan-fried calamari tasted more like Rhode Island than Spain, but the squid was superb. Satisfactory clams casino.
Food and Drink(9)
Phantom devoured he Paella Valenciana (which is supposed to be for two). It's packed with incredibly fresh and flavorful shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels, chicken, chorizo, calamari, saffron rice, and spices. It's sounds complicated, but all of those tastes work together perfectly. Excellent meaty lamb chops. Savory pasta dishes. Fabulously tangy sangria is a must.
Desserts(8)
Just try to resist that alluring dessert tray. 7 options including a velvety raspberry cake and a delicate chocolate mousse cake
Service(8)
At least four or five courteous and quick servers took care of Phantom's every need. But the bartender was a bit abrupt.
Cleanliness(9)
Very clean, to an elegant shine.
Parking(9)
Just a mile and a half off of 95 in Cranston, Rhode Island. Plenty of well-lit, free parking.

All appetizers cost $8. Entrees range from $10 to $18, with larger shareable dishes running $30.
