Rev Burger
Dunkable burgers with a side of whiz.
"We encourage customers to dip anything on our menu into cheese whiz.”
Cheeseburger spring rolls, so good, they should come with a warning.
“Always proceed with caution when you bite into our spring rolls. But it's worth the risk.”
And sandwiches that are messy and marvelous.
“We encourage everyone to dive in and eat with your hands, but we've got forks and knives available whenever you need.”
Nothing will soothe your snack attack quite like a trip to Rev Burger.
Tucked into the North Beverly Plaza, Rev Burger is a laid back spot where owner Nick Harron and his team have taken fast food favorites like burgers and fries and kicked them up a notch.
]“Rev Burger is a perfect spot for a busy lifestyle… where you don't want to go and have a full sit down experience. You can have quality. You can have freshness. You can have variety and a true great food eating experience right here in this local suburbs.”
Here, they satisfy customers one bite at a time in a space that gives you sensory overload between the sights and smells of sizzling patties.
“We want you to feel warm and welcome but vibrant at the same time.. We've got wonderful staff to greet you. You have a live kitchen where you'll be able to see all of our burgers being seared. So it's sensory overload. You've got scents, smells and sights.”
Enjoying a burger at Rev seems more like a requirement than a suggestion, the second the smell from the kitchen hits your nose with each and every one made with the best ingredients possible. And it’s all done on a flat top, which according to Nick is the only way to go,.
“Flat top is the best way to cook a burger. It sears all of the flavor inside that burger. We have a house made proprietary magic salt You always like a nice caramelization. Cheese melts and adheres right to it, so you get that gooey, juicy, cheesy burger experience that everyone loves.”
There’s the Lonestar, topped with creamy guacamole, cheddar, tomato and a spicy chipotle mayo for some kick.
Or the so-called ‘Big Sky’; a burger that is BIG on flavor.
“We make a Blackberry barbecue sauce that has a nice sweet and tang to it, perfect, Vermont cheddar cheese, crispy onions, and then our bacon spread. Perfect blend of crispy, sweet, salty, really, just a unique burger eating experience.”
The Smash will have you seeing double…With two patties piled up with all the good stuff.
“We take two three ounce patties. We press them down on our flat top. To give a nice little crisp, extra char on the outside. We top it with a house made dijonaise, Cooper sharp American cheese, Grillo's Pickles and a Martin's potato bun. It’s a must have.”
And then there’s the aromatic Truffle-In burger, a handheld that hits your nose before your tastebuds.
“You smell the truffles right when you walk in the door. So we're actually...making a truffle Cheese Whiz with fresh mushrooms, crispy onions and dijonaise. It's indulgent. You've got that earthy mushroom flavor. And everyone loves cheese whiz. And when you add truffles to it, you can't go wrong.”
Before you bust into a burger, some appetizers are in order. Like the addictive cheeseburger spring rolls, stuffed with caramelized onions and mushrooms served with a side of lightning sauce and loaded waffle fries, like this pile up of chopped burger, sharp cheddar, tomato, lettuce and more of that lightning sauce. Or try this honey bbq version.
“Everyone loves a loaded waffle fry. So we take our waffle fries, fried, crispy and delicious. Layer in our traditional cheese whiz to have that indulgent experience, topped with our fried chicken tenders and a drizzle of BlackBerry barbecue and honey mustard, a fry like you can't imagine.”
And what would waffle fries be without a shake, made in a variety of different flavors.
“A burger and shake goes great. Nice order of French fries on the side to be able to dip in and have that real full over the top red burger experience.
“We do our s'mores milkshake, which has chocolate sauce, graham crackers, little bit of marshmallow syrup, we blend it up fresh to order, top of whipped cream. Our strawberry shortcake milkshake, really a nice indulgent from the fattiness and creaminess of the ice cream and that tang and bite of the strawberry with a little bit of cake batter inside, really over the top milkshake.”
Since man can’t live on burgers alone, Rev has come up with other tasty alternatives. Like Chili Cheese dogs with crispy onions and that indulgent cheese wiz snd a fried chicken sandwich topped with bacon jam, a pick slaw and a housemade honey mustard. But it’s the chopped cheese sandwich section of the menu that you’re going to want to try. Messy, yet delicious, this Brooklyn Bodega mainstay can now be found in Beverly.
“So we take either black angus beef or all natural chicken. We chop it up on our flat top. We mix in that ooey gooey American cheese on a sub roll. Our Bodega is my personal favorite, it's got fresh lettuce, our lightning sauce, marinated tomatoes. It's a messy sandwich. It's worth diving in for every time.”
And no matter what you order on the menu, a side of cheese whiz is an absolute must.
“We use a Cooper sharp American cheese so it's velvety, consistent. There’s fries, chicken tenders, burgers, chopped cheese sandwiches. You can't go wrong with our cheese whiz.”
And with burgers and beyond, when you’re feeling a snack attack, it’s time to rev up the engine and speed on over to Rev Burger.
