This has always been a Phantom Gourmet favorite and it’s one of my favorites as well. But if you ask me the number one must get mac and cheese is inspired by Mexico: The Taco Mac. Imagine a taco and mac and cheese and put them together. And this is what you have Taco Mac. You can get it with ground beef or ground chicken has that great taco seasoning in there along with some salsa, a blend of American and cheddar cheeses, and the key is over the top, you’ve got some tortilla strips on there. So you got a little bit of the crunch a little bit of the sweetness from the corn gets nice and crispy on top. Every single bite literally tastes exactly like a taco but it’s even better because it’s a taco with massive amounts of cheese.
