They're served over a whole pool of cheese. They're sprinkled with some scallions and some Sriracha glaze, and of course you have a little bit of bacon in there. That's my kind of tater tot. "Elvis obviously known for eating the peanut butter and banana sandwich. That is our housemade pancake mix. We put bananas and chocolate chips inside of the pancakes and then we actually top it with bacon, peanut butter, drizzle and whipped cream on top."

Considering how big the plates are, getting a meal here is almost like highway robbery. But one of their most popular dishes is called the Highway Strawberry. So that's really delicious as well."
