On the bone, you’ll find giant wings available in a variety of sauces and rubs.
“There’s a lot of combinations. My favorite one is our buffalo style. We take a nod to the flavor of buffalo sauce. It’s red jalapeno, lime. Beautiful tossing those wings are crispy. They’re bright orange and they’re delicious.”
Or you can try the slow-roasted St Louis ribs, served alongside a creamy coleslaw.
“These St. Louis style ribs are amazing. So ribs, by definition should have a little tug to them on the bone. But here at Nashbar we like to cook them a little bit longer so they fall off the bone. We slow cook them for three hours. We grill them on the grill. Glaze them in barbecue sauce. They’re super tender. They’re delicious. Nice char on the outside glazed, perfectly cooked. They’re amazing.”
And what’s barbecue without some sides? The one to try here has to be Nash Bar’s cornbread. So good you’ll be ordering seconds…and thirds and…
“My opinion, you should get at least a half dozen pieces of cornbread for each and every table. It’s that good. Cream corn, sour cream cheddar. All baked in corn breads…It’s really soft. Pull it apart string cheese. It’s amazing.”

“If you’re gonna have a chicken and waffle you have to make sure it’s really good. So we do buttermilk fried chicken tenders and amazing bourbon cheddar waffle. We finished drizzling with the chipotle maple syrup. It comes out crispy waffle beautifully fried chicken. You bite into it. It’s a textural masterpiece. I have to get that tattooed on me later.”
