        Phantom Gourmet to host 6th annual Rib-Fest on City Hall Plaza

           June 22-24, 2012 

WHAT:  One of the premiere rib fests in the nation, featuring the greatest barbecue teams in the world from Australia to Texas to Virginia, plus your favorite summer foods, beer gardens, tons of sand, music, and a Ferris Wheel.  The Phantom Gourmet is proud to make a major contribution to the City of Boston.

WHO:     The most famous, award-winning pitmasters in the BBQ Business will be smokin' for three days in Downtown Boston, including Johnson's Bar-B-Que (Arkansas), Jack's Down Home Barbeque (Virginia), Aussom Aussie (Sydney, Australia), Big Show BBQ (Kansas City), Texas Thunder (Texas Panhandle), Chicago BBQ Company (Chicago, IL), and Firefly's (Framingham & Marlboro, MA).  Plus, we're serving up fried clams and lobster rolls from Woodman's of Essex, and all your favorite summer foods like ice cream, boardwalk fries, slush, roasted corn, and Wicked Whoopie Pies.
