White Hut has sawdust-covered floors, twelve floor mounted stools along a Formica counter, and an open kitchen that cooks to order. Their outstanding cheeseburger starts as an ordinary griddle patty on a soft white bun, but then it’s topped with a mass of luscious fried onions. These golden strings are slowly cooked on the back of the stove, where they caramelize into a heavenly sweet sensation.
