Decorated with vintage advertisements and marble tables, Sundae School on the Cape writes a serious curriculum of flavors with pure extract, fresh nuts, and fruit slices. Phantom’s favorites include Maple Walnut, Butter Crunch, and Creamsicle. However, his one true love is the heaping Hot Fudge Sundae, oozing with divinely rich sauce, fluffed with pillows of hand-whipped cream, and crowned with a bing cherry. Ice cream “lessons” are also taught at the Harwich Port and East Orleans locations.
