 The Sea Ketch in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire, is a gigantic restaurant with four floors of ocean-front dining. Lunch and dinner are served on the decks, fried dough and ice cream are sold at street level, and it's all just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean.

And Phantom tasted it all to find the Perfect Meal.
Starting out with sandwiches...
The Deck Burger tops an eight ounce patty with American cheese and crispy bacon. And the Fried Fish Sandwich boasts an extra large fillet of golden, flaky haddock. But the one you gotta get is the Lobster Roll, on an oversized toasted bun made specifically for the Sea Ketch.
Keriann Conneilly – Waitress: "Our lobster roll is infamous; it’s a huge roll with tons of lobster meat, not a lot of mayonnaise, all about the lobster, delicious."
Moving on to entrees...
Lobster Pie is topped with buttery cracker crumbs in a sherry cream sauce.
The portion of fried Scallops is so big, fries have to be served on a separate plate! But the purple check mark goes to the Sea Ketch Surf and Turf, with chunks of fresh lobster and tender filet mignon.
Keriann Conneilly – Waitress: "Our lobster and filet is amazing. you get not only a huge filet mignon but we top it with fresh boiled out of the shell lobster, tails and claws, fresh drawn butter, I mean its the perfect surf and turf meal."
Kevin Brown - Sea Ketch: "You have your butter, you have your texture, you have your filet, it’s very popular, it’s a great item."
For dessert...
The Sea Ketch scoops up Richardson's ice cream. Sample a cookie dough ice cream sundae, a cup of bubble gum soft serve, or a cone topped with chocolate and vanilla swirl. But the dessert you must order is the fried dough, topped with cinnamon and sugar. It's warm and pillowy on the inside and deliciously sweet on the outside.
A lobster roll, surf and turf, and fried dough. That's the Perfect Meal at The Sea Ketch.
