How's this for a food fantasy...
All the foods you love, made with a little extra love...
Handcut French Fries with mouthwatering spices and sauces...
A burger piled so high you might not be able to get your mouth around it...
And luxurious Lobster Mac and Cheese.
Welcome to The Fat Cat; Quincy's newest spot turning food fantasies in to delicious realities, no matter what you're in the mood for.
Neil Kiley - Owner, The Fat Cat: "Sometimes you just want a burger, and sometimes you really want to go all out. We wanted to give our customer the best of both worlds."
The Fat Cat serves all the favorites, but with a little twist making them even better.
Like Barbecue Pork Nachos with grilled corn and roasted garlic...
Deep fried pickles with a Cajun Remoulade...
And a Lobster and Crab Quesadilla that's guaranteed great.
Sandwiches are hard to resist too...
The Philly Cheese Steak overflows with shaved steak and melted cheese...
The Fat Cat Burger is ten ounces of prime beef, topped however you want, and served on a fresh ciabatta roll...
And the Turkey Sandwich is made with deep fried turkey breast, so every bite is extra juicy.
Neil Kiley - Owner, The Fat Cat: "It is not your plain old turkey sandwich that you'll find every place else."
On the side, you've gotta have some fries... and for those who like to customize, this place is the cat's meow. These handcut beauties can be spiced up Cajun style, Blackened, coated with Fajita seasoning, or tossed with Garlic and Parsley. Served with a dipping sauce like Barbecue, Buffalo, Blue Cheese, or Curry and this is one French Fry flavor explosion.
The Fat Cat menu is extensive, and affordable; appetizers and sandwiches are about seven bucks... and most entrees are less than twenty. But no dish is a bigger bargain than the incredibly popular Lobster Mac and Cheese. At just sixteen dollars it's easy to see why.
Neil Kiley - Owner, The Fat Cat: "We are selling so much Lobster Mac and Cheese, I feel bad for the lobsters of New England."
The lobster is luscious… and this cat is fat; but it’s more than just a clever name. Owner Neil Kiley actually named the restaurant after his very portly pet.
Neil Kiley - Owner, The Fat Cat: "I have a 32 pound cat at my house. His name is Jackson, he is abnormally large on all scales, all proportions... He's a big boy, he's a big big boy."
So thanks to this Fat Cat... you'll be treated like a Fat Cat... at this Phantom Gourmet... Hidden Jewel.
